About the Company

The Role
Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy in alignment with overall business goals
Provide strategic direction for the IT department and contribute to the deployment of the overall corporate strategy
Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Ensure the security, confidentiality and safety of data
Lead and manage a high-performing IT team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 12 years of experience in IT field, preferably in Financial Services
Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role
Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies that support business objectives
In-depth knowledge of infrastructure, systems, and application development
Experience in budgeting, financial management, vendor relationship management
