Responsible in leading the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing, branding, and communications for the Group’s portfolio of retail brands

Description
Develop and execute the Group's marketing and brand strategy aligned with business goals across all retail formats and brands
Oversee the development and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns (in-store, digital, social, print, events, PR)
Oversee all external and internal communication initiatives including press releases, crisis communication, and executive visibility
Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team across brand, digital, creative, PR, and content functions
Requirements
At least 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with 5 years in a leadership role focusing into strategic planning
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with C-level stakeholders and excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
