  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth, market share, and revenue for the beverage product portfolio

  • Up to 4,500,000 MMK and other allowances

Our client is a successful Beverage organization with high market position which will allow your career as head of marketing to grow together with the organization

Description

  • Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies to enhance brand equity and achieve market leadership

  • Oversee the launch of new products, including market research, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital) to increase brand visibility and customer engagement

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in related industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Ability to set long-term marketing strategies, including brand development, product innovation, and market expansion plans

  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies align with distribution and sales goals
