​Head of Marketing Communication & CX at a Growing Financial Services Company in Yangon

  • Responsible to lead, manage and execute customer servicing and marketing/engagement communication campaign across various channels

  • Up to 5,000,000 MMK and other allowances

The Role

  • Lead communication strategy and execution for our partners

  • Responsible for continuous improvement of the customer experience

  • Satisfy controls requirements and working across Agencies on creative development

  • Provide leadership beyond digital in support of another peer leads within the department

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services and media agency-side experience is a plus

  • Proven senior marketing/communications professional with a customer-first mindset

  • Bachelor’s degree and master’s degree preferred

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
