Up to 2,500,000 MMK per month plus allowances

Description
Manage and arrange shipment for import and export, ensuring all documentation is in order
Lead meetings with contractors to keep KPIs and performance in line
Lead and develop team member’s performance to ensure smooth transportation arrangements
Run operation as per international set standards
Analysis and troubleshooting of shipping issues and planning accordingly
Coordinate with local agents and customers to run a smooth operation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in logistics or any relevant field
At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field and industry as a manager
At least Business English
Great experience in customer mindset
Able to keep up in a fast-paced workplace
