Description
Lead, train, and manage clinic staff, including clinicians, technicians, and administrative personnel
Ensure an exceptional client journey by monitoring service quality and addressing client feedback promptly
Monitor financial metrics (revenue, expenses, profitability) and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining service quality
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in a related industry and at least 3 years of experience in the management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Manage clinic operations, including patient scheduling, staff coordination, and resource allocation
