Responsible for leading, managing, and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the digital learning platform
Up to 3,000,000 MMK and other allowances

Description
Oversee all operational functions, including platform management, content delivery, customer support, and partnerships
Lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams across operations, customer service, and support functions
Implement automation, data-driven decision-making, and digital tools to streamline operations
Partner with leadership to develop and execute expansion strategies (new products, geographies, partnerships)
Requirements
At least 7 years of experience in the related industry and at least 3 years of experience at the management level
Bachelor’s degree holders and other related qualifications will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Develop and implement operational plans that align with the platform's educational objectives
