Description
Design and implement the business strategics, plans and procedures
Set the goals for the performance and growth of the branches
Oversee the daily operations of the company and branches
Evaluate the performance by analyzing and interpreting data and participating in the expansion activities
Report to Chief Operation Officer and team size will be up to 10 people
Requirements
Total 5 to 8 years of working experience, in which at least 5 years with Management Level in Financial Sectors like Microfinance or Banking
Bachelor’s degree is a must and other relevant education background will be advantages
Good command of oral and written English and Burmese
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Preferable the candidate who can travel often if necessary
