Head of Operations at an International Financial Services Company in Nay Pyi Taw
Responsible for developing and implementing financial performance plans, strategies and any other operational strategies in the organization and branches.
Up to 2,000,000 MMK plus other allowances

Description
Develop and implement the operational policies and procedures for the organizations and branches.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing for each branch
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Coordinate daily tasks to ensure operating efficiencies are achieved, including call and email queue monitoring.
Evaluate the performance by analysing and interpreting data and participate in the expansion activities.
Report to COO and team size will be up to 10 people
Requirements
At least 5 to 8 years of proven experience in numerous Branch Operation Management or similar role in Financial Sectors especially in Microfinance and Banking
Ability to build consensus and relationship among managers, partners and employees
Familiar with business and financial principles in Myanmar and Financial Regulatory Department
Excellent communication skills in both Burmese and English languages
