Head of Partnership Distribution (Expatriate) at a Well-known International Life Insurance Company in Yangon
Responsible for the entire distribution operations to support to run the operations smoothly and effectively
Up to $8,000 + Accommodation and Transportation Allowances
The Role
Great Opportunity for a high-achieving and experienced Partnership & Distribution Expert candidate who are dynamic and result-oriented to fill in the position as well as who can achieve the Partnership Sales and Service targets across the Myanmar since he/she would be the point of contact for managing all distribution partnership including FIs and Non-FIs.

Description
Establish and maintain the relationship with the existing partners and ensure regular contact and communication through the meetings
Lead distribution activities related to sales, services, human resource and management of the employees and financial agents
Manage the end-to-end recruitment, training, coaching and goal setting of the partnership distribution teams while ensuring achievement of goals and targets
Contribute to the strategic planning and decision making for the Distribution Department to develop the distribution strategies in line with overall company business strategies goals
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, both new and existing
Requirements
At least 7 to 10 years of working experience in partnership distribution operations and sales administration with minimum 5 years of managerial experience would be required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or other related fields
Must have experience of leading a team for bancassurance channel in a life insurance company in Asia especially Cambodia, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam countries
Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational and planning skills area a must
Good command in spoken and written communication skills including giving presentation in English
This role needs to be onsite in Myanmar whereas prefers who can relocate in Yangon, Myanmar for business need
