To provide management and strong leadership of the HR business unit functions and staff, including advice and direction on work priorities, budget and staff resources, strategic and policy issues, organization, and staff management issues

Responsibilities
Provide professional leadership, initiatives, support, and development to staff, in order to increase knowledge, share best practice and to ensure that relevant professional standards are met
Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems and management of the HR budget
Drive the continuous improvement agenda with focus on engagement & welfare activities, maximizing productivity, devolving HR responsibilities to line managers, and building leadership capability
Perform as a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organizational culture, ensuring that the company values and approach are displayed
Coach, mentor and support senior and high potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs, develop and maintain effective relationships and encourage retention
Analyze and review HR statistical reports to identify trends, so that key issues and resources are adjusted accordingly
Determine relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) for incentive schemes
Oversee the creation of training and development plans for all employees and ensure they operate at a consistently high standard
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of working experience in relevant HR field as a managerial role
Fluent level of English, both spoken and written
Bachelor or master’s in human resources, or Psychology is preferable
Experience in developing and executing people strategy
Practice of embedding HR practices that drive people and performance excellence
