  • Responsible to manage and drive the growth of Rapid Diagnostic Products Portfolios

  • Up to 4,000,000 MMK

The Role

This is an ideal role for an individual who has strong hands-on experience in handling diagnostic products and extensive portfolios for the surgical division/market

About the company

Our client is Market Leading Medical Device and Consumable products distribution business in Myanmar and acting as a trusted partner to represent global healthcare brands for the development of healthcare industry


  • Responsible to manage and oversee the commercial operational procedure of the division

  • Manage and develop the appropriate sales channels from both b2b and b2c channels

  • Responsible to meet the revenue objectives set and aligning between the brand owner and the distributor side

  • Engage with respective KOLs to meet the requirements of sales obligations

  • Create sales strategy, planning and KPI for the sales team

  • Create products and solutions that have strategic value to the organization

  • Make sure the products and solutions can be delivered, marketed and sold in a manner that supports strategic goals and financial targets

  • Performs vertical and horizontal market segmentation for a portfolio of products that serves common markets and customers

  • Analyses the performance of the product portfolio in each target market segment to identify opportunities and trends that impact product strategy, marketing initiatives and sales priorities

  • Able to communicate the market/business value of a portfolio strategy, product road map and product launch plan

  • Responsible for maintaining the regulatory and legal compliance requirements of all products


  • Minimum 3 - 6 years of working experience in handling diagnostic products for surgical business divisions or similar product portfolios

  • M.B.B.S graduate or bachelor’s degrees in related medical fields

  • Experience in leading a small team, product launching, and penetration

  • Able to travel independently or with team members locally or internationally
