​Head of Project Sales at an International Commercial Air Condition Company in Yangon

  • Responsible for Developing and Controlling the Business volume of Commercial Air Conditioning Business

  • Up to 3,500,000 MMK per month

The Role

The ideal background for the role has at least 4 – 6 years of managerial experience handling commercial air condition products and possesses an electrical engineering degree. Having hands-on experience in business development, extensive networks in the business community, and execution of the sales project are some of the mandatory requirements to lead and develop the entire commercial function of the business

About the Company

Our client is considered one of the largest local conglomerates with a series of successful market-leading business portfolios from Agriculture, Consumer Electronics, Microfinance, and Industrial Machinery segments


  • Set overall sales target based on supplier target and market trend

  • Set expense budget that aligns with sales and oversee the actual expense and risk

  • Prepare and order purchasing products by following on purchasing process

  • Oversee target achievement, product development, and network improvement

  • Quote quotation based on accurate equipment and service item costs, competitor quotation, payment method, and payment term including timeline schedule

  • Working directly with the design team due to side drawing requirement capacity and in-hand stocks on technical drawings of scenes

  • Oversee customer service and implementation technology solutions by closely working with suppliers, internal teams, and technicians

  • Provide technical support for the outsourcing team and lead product launch knowledge sharing seminars events

  • Support and advise sales teams, design teams, and engineer teams for technical, service quality, and day-to-day operation requirements

  • Lead negotiating design, products, payment, quotation, timeline, and exchange rate with clients

  • Select sub-con and monitor service and material quality according to the contract

  • Responsible for AR overdue, inventory aging, set project standard operating procedure

  • Report directly to the management on weekly, monthly, and annual


  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar

  • Minimum 4 - 6 years of management experience handling similar business models, and products

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills for both internal and external engagement

  • Strong customer service mindset, result-oriented, enthusiastic, motivated, and confident

  • Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to tolerate work pressure and stress
