Head of Regional Offices at an International Financial Services Company in Mandalay
Responsible for overseeing and managing the operations and offices in Mandalay and Taunggyi (and any other offices outside of Yangon)
Up to 6,000,000 MMK plus other allowances

Description
Driving delivery of sales targets for Mandalay and Taunggyi working closely with the distribution channels and engaging with the sales teams in those locations.
Managing relationships and driving execution of new business with bank partners and agency leaders
Driving the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to build strong brand awareness of the organization
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, which include partners, regulators and other local companies / associations as required
Requirements
At least 8 to 10 years of working experience in all aspects of driving, planning and implementing sales & operations strategy
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing relevant education field
Exceptional leadership potential with Excellent Communication Capability and meticulous with strong interpersonal skill
Native Burmese with an excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Preferable who can relocate in Mandalay
