Responsible for supporting to implement of Risk Management and Compliance Frameworks in the organization.
Up to 6,000,000 MMK plus transportation allowance

Description
Support the local policy owners to assess Risk Governance and Compliance with the business.
Assist with the development and execution of risk related to adherence of laws and regulations.
Coordinate the timely preparation and submission of regulatory and internal risk reporting.
Lead the management of end-to-end operational risk including risk matrix, Risk and Control Self-Assessments and Key Risk Indicators.
Cooperates with local process owners to assess operational risks and related mitigation activities.
Proactively engage with Internal Audit team and Internal control team to ensure relevant functions and business.
Requirements
At least 6 to 8 years of working experience and knowledge with a strong knowledge of operational risk management and previous experience working with risk (i.e. risk analyst)
A bachelor’s degree or professional education in financial or other related fields
Work analytically in a problem-solving environment to identify root causes and develop action plans to resolve issues.
Strong communicate skills with the ability to work with a diverse audience in a coherent manner.
Burmese Nationality with good command in both written and oral English languages
