Description
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in domestic and international freight markets
Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams, setting performance targets, providing training, and ensuring alignment with company goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and logistics providers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, trade shows, and promotional events tailored to the freight and logistics industry
Negotiate prices with customers & suppliers to optimize the margin
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or similar
Minimum 6 – 8 years of working experience in handling international freight services sales and marketing, strong experience on freehand segment
Strong customer relationship management skills
Ability to generate leads and close sales deals effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with outgoing, upbeat and resourceful personality
Strong knowledge of the logistic, freight industry and market trends
Good presentation and communication skills with fluency in English
