Job Description

Head of Sales at a Fast-growing Logistic Service Company in Yangon  

  • Responsible to generate revenues growth together with company business

  • Up to 2,700,000MMK + Performance Based Bonus + other allowances 

About the Company

Our Client is one of the Myanmar’s growing Logistics Services Companies offering the greatest logistics solutions to customers.

The Role

  • Responsible for supervising day-to-day operations in customer service department

  • Managing, coaching and leading the sales team to achieve sales targets

  • Build relationships with all management and staff in order to provide them with the support

  • Report to Head of Operations

  • Develop and manage national sales and service network that maximizes market share, minimizes costs, and provides a great customer experience

  • Manage and train customer associates and internal team to discuss customer interaction and details of action taken

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experiences in Sales from Freight Forwarding industry

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification

  • Strong command of English in both writing and verbal communication

  • Efficiency and organizational skills

  • Good communication and networking skills
