Head of Sales at a Fast-growing Logistic Service Company in Yangon
Responsible to generate revenues growth together with company business
Up to 2,700,000MMK + Performance Based Bonus + other allowances

Our Client is one of the Myanmar’s growing Logistics Services Companies offering the greatest logistics solutions to customers.
The Role
Responsible for supervising day-to-day operations in customer service department
Managing, coaching and leading the sales team to achieve sales targets
Build relationships with all management and staff in order to provide them with the support
Report to Head of Operations
Develop and manage national sales and service network that maximizes market share, minimizes costs, and provides a great customer experience
Manage and train customer associates and internal team to discuss customer interaction and details of action taken
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experiences in Sales from Freight Forwarding industry
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification
Strong command of English in both writing and verbal communication
Efficiency and organizational skills
Good communication and networking skills
