Head of Sales at a Largest Agrochemical Manufacturing and Distribution Business Company in Yangon
Responsible to manage and lead the sales team to meet the sales targets for all products
Up to 4,000,000 MMK plus competitive allowances

The is an ideal role for individual with extensive experience in managing fertilizer/pesticides distribution business with hands on team management experience and leadership skills to develop the team performance

Description
To manage the sales team to meet the sales targets for all products, implementation of commercial strategies and achievement of business goals and market share growth with excellent customer service are integral part of the job scope
To achieve collection target and market development target to be able to grow the fertilizer and pesticide business by managing the whole sales team. Ensure timely collection of all dues from the market as per company policy
Prepare commercial sales schemes to match the budget and targeted business profitability
Manage product stock balance and expire management at warehouse to ensure product movement and minimum loss from expiry, qualitative rejection, and obsolescence
Penetrate the suitable product for seasonal crops
Responsible to control the operational cost, minimize stock return and timely reporting
Generate adequate market intelligence by periodically reporting to the company about the market opportunities, challenges, and updates on competitive landscape in Myanmar Market
Capability to drive market development activities by organizing field demonstrations, farmer meetings, dealer meetings and product campaigns
Requirements
B. Agr. Sc (or) Dip Agri
Minimum 10 years of nationwide sales experience and sales team management experience in fertilizer and pesticide companies
Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem solving and organizational skills
Establish and maintain good relationships with other relevant organizations pursing similar or related objectives
Able to travel frequently to business site as required
