Responsible for overall commercial and operational functions of the two largest consumer electronic brands in Myanmar

The Role
The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong sales background in the electronics industry, preferably as a sales head. A relevant educational background in marketing, along with excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills, is required

Description
Lead and manage the Sales team and Sales Support team to ensure smooth operations
Develop and implement sales targets and pricing strategies based on supplier targets and market trends
Oversee sales channels and business development across different regions, focusing on achieving targets for specific brands
Provide coaching and development opportunities for the team, organize product launch events, and manage relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
MBA or Any Graduate with a Diploma in marketing, proficient in English, Excel, and PowerPoint
Minimum 7 years of experience as a sales head in the electronics field, with at least 12 years of overall sales experience across different channels
Excellent English in 4 Skills
Strong organizational and management skills
