Description
Develop and implement strategic sales plans in alignment with company objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and areas for growth
Establish sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics for the sales team and monitor progress towards goals
Implement efficient sales processes, methodologies, and tools to streamline sales operations and improve productivity
Requirements
At least 3 or 5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales Management or Key Account Manager in Insurance or Banking or Financial related fields
Bachelor’s degree is a must or A Degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or a similar field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Native Burmese with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
