  • Responsible in managing and overseeing the sales operations in an organization. main duties include designing plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with clients.

The Role

​Great opportunity for well-experienced senior sales manager who is looking for a challenging and revenue driven career. Our client is looking for a seasoned individual to join their team in Yangon.

  • ​Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning

  • Work collaboratively across teams.

  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.

  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.

  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.


  • ​At least 8 years of experience and at least 3 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Has strong negotiation skills and communication skills
