Head of Sales at a well-known Distribution Company
- Establish and develop overall Sales Strategy and Activities
- Up to 10,000 USD and phone allowance and transportation allowances and incentives
About the Company
Our client is a well-known personal care company which makes people feel good in their skin and distributes the best skin care products.
- Manage and steer the overall country Sales Team (all Sales channels, Trade Lane and Sales Support)
- Ensures local/regional/global sales KPIs will be followed/achieved and reported with a high level of data accuracy
- Support Country Head to devise and fine tune strategic directives
- Acts as a coach for Product and existing & future sales team members
- Minimum 10 years of experiences in sales sector and at least 2 years of experiences in management level
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other relevant qualifications will be highly advantaged
- Business English is a must
- Strong communication skill and negotiation skill
