- Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
- Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances
- At least 5 years of experience and at least 3 years of experience in management level.
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
- Business English is a must
- Has excellent skills in sales management
