The Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product strategy, pricing strategy, key farmer/dealer management, P&L ownership/management, and reporting to the Head of Agro Chemicals business. The targeted annual turnover rate is around 15 Billion MMK

Description

  • Lead the sales team, including dealer and key farmer management, to achieve sales goals

  • Develop and implement effective product pricing and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share

  • Manage the national sales team, including regional sales managers, to ensure effective sales operations across all regions

  • Monitor and analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and sales strategies

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Head of Agro Chemicals business to inform decision-making and budget planning

  • Manage the P&L of the agrochemicals business to ensure profitability and financial sustainability

Requirements

  • Yezin graduate (B.Sc.Agr)

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the agrochemicals industry (fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, etc.)

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing budgets
