Responsible for organization restructuring, commercial management, P&L management, sales, and marketing strategy

The Role
As the Head of Sales, the role required commercial management, sales and marketing activities, P&L management, and reporting to the Local Director and CEO. This role requires overseeing a significant annual sales turnover of over 12 Million USD and managing a team of up to 120 manpower

Description
Oversee all aspects of commercial operations, including pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and supplier management. Drive business growth and profitability through effective commercial activities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Identify market opportunities, target customer segments, and establish sales objectives
Take ownership of the profit and loss management, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded. Analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance profitability
Provide regular reports to the Local Director and CEO, presenting sales performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
Manage and mentor a large sales team, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a high-performance culture, setting clear goals, and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitors' activities, and potential business opportunities. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the Agriculture or Agro Chemicals industry
Bachelor’s degree in Agri Sciences, Yezin graduate degree holder
Mandatory Intermediate English
Proven track record in managing large sales teams and driving sales growth
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives
