Description
Develop and implement strategies for the textile division that align with the NGO’s mission and goals
Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
Manage and mentor a team of textile professionals, including designers, production staff, and marketers
Promote sustainable practices in textile production, such as using eco-friendly materials and processes
Work closely with the communities served by the NGO to ensure their needs and voices are reflected in textile projects
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in NGO or NPO and at least 3 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with local stakeholders and international partners
