- Full spectrum of all HR and administrative functions and need to assist Compliance Manager

About the Company
Our client is the most successful apparel and household products manufacturing company in Yangon.
The Role
Responsible for forming, maintaining and updating internal databases related to the employees.
- Forming and maintaining employee records and updating databases such as sick, maternity leave
- Organising travel arrangements for senior managers
- Reporting regularly on HR metrics such as company turnovers
- Carrying administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of working experience in the HR and Admin field
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM or a relevant business field.
- Business English and fluent Chinese is mandatory
- Must have experience in using MS Office Suite and have excellent organizational and communication skills
