HR & Admin Assistant at an International Real Estate Development Company in Yangon
Responsible to improve HR processes and implement strategies that support business growth.
Up to 800,000 MMK plus attractive bonus

The Role
Responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of a company's human resources department
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data like absences, bonuses, and leaves
Maintain employee records and update HR databases (eg. new hires, attendances & leaves)
Participate in recruitment efforts, post job advertisements and organize resumes and job applications
Process required paperwork for employee transfers, change in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR field
A bachelor’s degree is a must, and other qualifications in Business Administration or HR holders are preferred
A strong command of English is a must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
