General support for full spectrum of HR functions including processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in hiring process

About the Company

Our client is a leading Microfinance company which provides one of the best financial services for people in Myanmar.

Description

  • To control list of manpower, and staff personal data

  • To support for HR recruitment functions, and new staff on-boarding process by means of interview arrangement, by assisting all requirements for new staff, etc.

  • To carry out employment contract making and extension as per labor law, and other HR matters at labor offices

  • To support for attendance and leave management, by keeping records precisely

  • To support for HR development functions, by means of training arrangement, training materials preparations, etc.

  • To make good relationship with staff for employee engagements, as required

  • To support with such admin functions as purchasing process, communication channels support during Work from Home arrangement, and other ad hoc assignments

  • Other HR & Admin related tasks for support

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder in any specialized subject, but specialization in business management and administration or human resource management is preferred

  • At least 2 years hands-on experience in HR Admin field

  • Proficiency in MS office; and good verbal skill and written skill in English

  • Possess sense of confidentiality, sincerity, service mindset, cheerfulness and willing to upgrade career through working

  • Be able to work under tight timeline
