Responsible to support Human Resources department of our client. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
About the Company
Our client is an international manufacturing company and employs more than 10000 employees worldwide.
Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records; obtaining temporary staff from agencies
Expatriates’ management like C&B related, accommodation arrangement, visa application, working permit etc.
Develops training and onboarding material
Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economy, any equivalent degree
Minimum 5 years of Experienced in Human Resource
Experience in HRIS
Good understanding of Labour Law
Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
Good knowledge in HR
Business English is required
