Responsible of managing overall administrative and HR activities for the organization.
- Manage and implement HR policies and procedures effectively
- Accomplish the variety of HR functions including recruitment, benefits and compensation, employee relationships and compliance with all applicable laws for Myanmar
- Plan, supervise and administer company benefits programs
- Carry out administrative related tasks in efficient manner
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field such as office administration and HR.
- Bachelor’s degree is a must and other diploma or qualifications in Business Administrations or HRM are highly preferred.
- Business English is a must.
- Strong knowledge in general HR and labour law.
Up to 3 months performance bonus + telephone + other allowances
