HR Assistant and Personal Assistant to the Principal at a Successful International School in Yangon
Responsible for the HR department including recruitment, performance management and the supporting in all aspects of principal’s work
Up to 750,000 MMK plus other allowances
The Role
Support the HR manager in the routine functions and the HR department including recruitment, performance management. In addition to responsible for the supporting in all aspects of principal’s work including confidential matters

Description
Support the performance management process as it applies to teaching and support staff as well as prepare effective recruitment materials
Support the interview process and timetable of the interview day
Keep up to date with the latest Myanmar labor laws to ensure school compliance
Provide efficient administration and secretarial assistance to the principal
Report to HR Manager and Principal
Requirements
Relevant Qualifications / Degree
Be a native-level English and Myanmar Speaker
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Knowledge of Performance Management
Knowledge of managing personnel issues
Understanding of statutory safeguarding requirements including safer recruitment and child protection
Excellent active listening, negotiating, and presentation skills
High standards of professionalism regarding confidentiality and discretion
