Responsibilities
Arrange and conduct weekly meetings with respective business units
Manage and provides HR policies/ Procedure and management guidelines as necessary
Ensure the legal compliance and employee engagement level by implantation applicable
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions
Work closely with employees and leadership team for improvement of work relationships, build morale and retention
Consult with line managers, providing HR guidance and SOP when appropriate
Monitor and review with HR policies/ procedures
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
Manage and resolve the problem of employee relations issues
Conduct effective, thorough, and objective/ goals investigations
Provide the guidance and input on all business units for restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance
Partner with the legal department as needed/ required
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
Any graduate with diploma in Human Resources Management/ Development or diploma in Business Management is preferred
Other management & law diplomas are preferred
General knowledge and required legal knowledge according to Myanmar labor law
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Minimum (5) year experience in related fields
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Excellent English language skill
Good Presentation skill & leadership skill
Proper decision-making skill and management skill
Ability to work in team and independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Able to travel and to work by project base
