The HR Director needs to oversee all spectrum of HR functions, review and monitor all policies, processes, systems, and other initiatives

Responsibilities
Act as a catalyst for people change and transformation at the Executive level
Collaborate with Excom member to deliver highly effective functional support for both Market & Factory
Work with Global & Regional P&C team and Market Excom team to develop a people strategy that delivers a competent workforce and drives organizational performance
Develop and manage a framework that builds and strengthens key leadership functions, which is aligned to business needs and manages the development of people capability consistently and equitably across the joint venture
Develop, implement and manage key functional processes across region including leadership development, succession planning and talent mapping, performance management, talent acquisition and retention
Responsible as career counselling practitioner to the employee, suggest potential career paths and set career goals for the employees
Manage development and implementation of remuneration and incentive frameworks, policies, practices and standards that balance internal equity with external competitiveness (includes position classification, job evaluation, position description, promotion etc.)
Requirements
Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience in relevant fields
Fluent English is a must
Bachelor or Master’s in Human Resources, or Psychology
Superior interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
