About the Company

The Role
Handling and developing the company’s daily HR Administration and Governmental Aspects
Develop and create new policies and procedures for organizations
Oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff
Create and implement programs and training for internal development of employees
Direct report to GM
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Proven experience as HR Manager for at least 4 and prefer who is experienced in manufacturing industries
Bachelor’s degree is a must
Must have a Business level in overall English skills
Govern HR and Admin Staffs
