HR Manager at a Leading Real Estate Company in Yangon    

  • To oversee the human resources department and provide consultation on strategic planning

  • Up to 2,500,000 MMK plus performance bonus

The Role

Responsible for attracting, motivating, and retaining the most qualified talent by directing the administrative functions of the HR department

  • Implement and revise a company’s compensation program

  • Create and revise job descriptions

  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals

  • Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.

  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in human resources or related field.

  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues

  • Strong command of English is required

  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations
