  • To lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices

  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding

  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations

  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities

  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team

  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently

  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives

  • Maintain HR systems and processes

  • Conduct performance and salary reviews

  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits

  • Design and implement employee retention strategies


  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese (above HSK level 4) and English

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business, or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other similar position

  • People oriented and results driven

  • Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork
