To lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices

Responsibilities
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
Maintain HR systems and processes
Conduct performance and salary reviews
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
Design and implement employee retention strategies
Requirements
Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese (above HSK level 4) and English
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business, or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other similar position
People oriented and results driven
Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork
