HR Manager at a Successful FMCG Company in Yangon

  • Help connect executives with employees, build an employer brand, improve employee engagement, build strategic talent resources plans

The Role

Responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to an organization’s personnel

About the Company

Our client is a rapidly growing organization operating their business with around 1000 employees in Myanmar


  • Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning

  • Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance

  • Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date


  • Proven working experience as HR Manager in FMCG industries

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent

  • Good command of English is required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
