Plan and administer policies relating to all phases of human resources activity and through subordinate administrators
Up to 1,500,000 MMK + Phone Bill Allowances

The role involves managing all the HR practices followed within the factory of the organization, checking compliance of labor laws and facilitating the employee and labor relations

Description
Manage performance of all the factory employees
Need to play a key role in forecasting the labor requirements and plan them accordingly
Manage salaries and wages for the employees
Give training and development to the employees
Monitor IR relations-compliance needs monthly and need to be taken corrective actions based on the monthly report
Report to MD
Requirements
5 years of experience with a factory exposure
Postgraduate in HR
Labor Management
Proficiency in English
Familiarity with SAP software
