About the Company
Our client has 3 main business units: Agriculture, Micro-Finance and Consumer Electronics. The whole business is being restructured to maintain the position in the top of the Myanmar market.
Responsible to lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources department
Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Oversees and manages a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or other related fields
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR positions
Must have broad knowledge in Myanmar Labour Law, Policy and Procedure
Strong command of English and Burmese
