HR Manager at an Education Service Company in Yangon

  • As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's human resources policies and programs, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and a collaborative leader with strong communication skills.

About the Company

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals and culture

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates, and ensure that new employees are successfully integrated into the company

  • Develop and implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge and contribute to the company's success

  • Manage performance management processes, including setting performance goals, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance evaluations

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues and ensure that all employee complaints and concerns are addressed fairly and in a timely manner

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations

  • Manage HR metrics and reporting and make recommendations for continuous improvement


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management roles

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

  • Experience in recruitment, training and development, and performance management

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
