HR Manager at an International Feed Manufacturer Company in Yangon
To lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department and responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members

Responsibilities
Communicates with all levels of associates regarding plant policies and practices, benefit, and compensation programs
Partner with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and skills assessment
Leads training needs analysis and training design work that enhances the operations
Facilitates Labor Management communication meetings, grievance administration, contract interpretation, compliance, contract negotiations
Identify short-term and long-term hiring needs
Set performance standards and evaluate local HR teams
Prepare and manage division’s budget
Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements, as needed
Design and implement company policies that comply with our business objectives
Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards
Coordinate with regional HR team to craft organization-wide strategies and objectives
Requirements
Minimum 5 years in the manufacturing industries, in a Human Resource capacity
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
Good Command of English is a must
Labor relations experience from a unionized facility with work in contract administration is greatly preferred
