Job Description

HR Manager at an International FMCG Company in Yangon

  • Oversee all functions of Human Resources department and provide support to the employees.

  • Up to 2,500,000 MMK plus attractive bonus

Our client is one of the largest FMCG company in the world and has employed more than 40,000 people

The Role

Responsible for including reviewing and approving budgets, implementing new company’s policies and maintaining internal HR systems

  • Developing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.

  • Designing and implementing company’s HR policies

  • Maintaining all personnel policies & procedures and provide guidance to staff

  • Consult with line management to provide HR guidance when appropriate

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in HR field and 3 years at Management Level

  • A bachelor’s degree is a must and other qualifications in HR or related background are highly preferred.

  • Business English is a must

  • Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
