Lead and implement overall HR planning and strategies for the company business
Up to 2,000,000 MMK + Other Allowances

The Role
Handling and developing the company’s daily HR Administration
Developing and creating new policies and procedures for organizations
Leads training needs analysis and training design work that enhances the operations
Facilitates Labour Management communication meetings, grievance administration, contract interpretation, compliance, contract negotiations
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR
Bachelor’s degree is a must and other diploma or qualifications in Business Administrations or HRM are highly preferred
Business English is a must
Strong knowledge in general HR and labour law
