HR Manager at an International Food and Beverage Company in Yangon

  • Lead and implement overall HR planning and strategies for the company business

  • Up to 2,000,000 MMK + Other Allowances

Our Client is a successful International Food and Beverage Company which keeps customers satisfied with their products.

The Role

  • Handling and developing the company’s daily HR Administration

  • Developing and creating new policies and procedures for organizations

  • Leads training needs analysis and training design work that enhances the operations

  • Facilitates Labour Management communication meetings, grievance administration, contract interpretation, compliance, contract negotiations

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must and other diploma or qualifications in Business Administrations or HRM are highly preferred

  • Business English is a must

  • Strong knowledge in general HR and labour law
