Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Ensure all company’s legal compliance throughout human resources management
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Conducting annual salary surveys
- Maintaining department records and reports
- Participating in administrative staff meetings
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other Assistant HR Manager
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationship at all levels of the company.
- Able to communicate proficiently in both written and verbal English.
Up to 2 months performance bonus + telephone + other allowances
