Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with overall business strategy within the organisation

About the Company

The Role
Responsible to lead the HR team and handle all the HR matters across the company.
Implement and revise the company’s compensation program
Maintain and handle the policies and procedures of the company’s handbook
Develop and administer HR plans and approaches that are related to the organizational development
Oversee and manage all the recruitment process including employee orientations, training and counselling
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as HR Manager or senior level in HR field
A bachelor’s degree Holder or MBA is a must and other alternative professional HR qualifications will be highly preferred
Strong command of English is required
An efficient person with strong knowledge in labour law and using relevant HR software
