Job Description

HR Manager at a Growing Logistic Company in Yangon

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with overall business strategy within the organisation   

  • Up to 2,000,000 MMK plus performance bonus

 About the Company

 Our client is the growing logistic company providing excellent customer services.

 The Role

 Responsible to lead the HR team and handle all the HR matters across the company.

  • Implement and revise the company’s compensation program

  • Maintain and handle the policies and procedures of the company’s handbook

  • Develop and administer HR plans and approaches that are related to the organizational development

  • Oversee and manage all the recruitment process including employee orientations, training and counselling

 Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as HR Manager or senior level in HR field

  • A bachelor’s degree Holder or MBA is a must and other alternative professional HR qualifications will be highly preferred

  • Strong command of English is required

  • An efficient person with strong knowledge in labour law and using relevant HR software
