Guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for a company within a small to mid-sized company
- Develop and monitor an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Proven 5 years working experience as HR manager or other HR executive
- A bachelor’s degree is a must and other additional related qualifications will be preferred.
- Strong command of verbal and written in English
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
