Work closely with the executive management team to plan, lead, and develop the organisation human resource strategy

About the Company

The Role
Develop the organizational human resources strategy in compliance with corporate group strategy
Develop HR Plan, policies & procedures according to organizational objectives
Ensure legal compliance and implantation of the organisation’s mission and talent strategy
Designing a systematized filing system to enhance organization and employee communications
Managing performance appraisal in dealing with line managers
Responsible for manpower planning and setting up succession planning analysis
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in human resources management
Excellent English communication skill
Strong analytical skill and people-oriented skill is required
HRIS implementation experience is preferrable
