The Role

Responsible to formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization

  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management

  • Develop HR strategies, policies, and practices

  • Structure compensation and benefits packages and manage staff wellness initiatives

  • Oversee recruitment efforts and manage and allocate HR funds


  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and state respective employment laws

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication skills, Analytical skills and Problem-solving skills
