HRBP at a Leading Telecommunication Services Company in Yangon

  • Taking a lead to align staff to business objectives and supporting employee development with strategic HR initiatives

About the Company

Our client is a successful telecommunication service company offering a top-notch service in Myanmar.

The Role

Designing succession plans, maintaining staff relations, updating policies and practices

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships

  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning

  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals

  • Suggest new HR strategies

  • Report directly to Chief HR and dealing with both internal/external customers

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant functions

  • Good command of English language skill, computer

  • Strong people engagement skill with a gentle demeanour

  • Preferrable HRIS system experienced
