About the Company

The Role
Designing succession plans, maintaining staff relations, updating policies and practices
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
Identify training needs for teams and individuals
Suggest new HR strategies
Report directly to Chief HR and dealing with both internal/external customers
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant functions
Good command of English language skill, computer
Strong people engagement skill with a gentle demeanour
Preferrable HRIS system experienced
